I had knee surgery a few months ago and I started to come to Physical Therapy Associates. I have improved greatly with Casey Brown’s help. I have now returned to work. Casey is a great therapist that will go out of her way to help you. I would recommend this place to everyone.
For the part six weeks, I have had the pleasure of having Burt Frank as my physical theraist. As a result of an automobile accident, I had various problems with my back and neck. Burt worked with me several times each week and within one month I was truly a new person! I feel fortunate to have such a caring, compassionate and skilled therapist!

I thought I had pulled a muscle in my neck, but an MRI showed “canal stenosis” which was causing me serious pain and dramatically reduced range of motion. At the end of July, 2008, I had no quality of life. I was in constant pain. My appointment with a Neurosurgeon was a month out, and I didn’t want to sit around and take pain medicine all day, so I suggested to my Doctor that we do physical therapy. He referred me to Mark O’Keefe at Physical Therapy Associates. Within 3 visits, my range of motion was almost restored, my pain greatly reduced. After 8 visits, I have full range of motion, little pain and even my chronic migraines that I’ve suffered with for 5 years have improved. You have truly worked a miracle. Your information, care and techniques have my symptoms under control. You have given me back my life. My family and I are very grateful. Thank you.
On a personal note, Mark, I’m not sure you truly understand what you’ve done for me. I have seen so many Doctors about my migraines, tried countless medications, missed many days of work, or missed out on things with my family because of the migraines. The techniques you’ve taught me have not only helped my neck, but also when I feel a migraine coming on, instead of taking a pill, I use the traction or TENS unit to lessen the pain in my head. I’ve never been able to do that. You are an invaluable asset to the medical community and you better never leave!
